Job summary

Berendsen in Oakville, ON is seeking an experienced customs clerk to support import/export documentation for US and Canadian locations. You will handle LVS data entry for Canada customs, coordinate with carriers and brokers, and resolve shipment discrepancies across borders.

The role requires communication with US vendors, setup of PARS shipments, and AES export reporting. Periodic late shifts are expected to cover business hours.

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

• Preparation of import and export documents for US and Canadian locations
• Data entry of LVS courier shipments to report to Canada customs
• Interaction with carriers and brokers
• Communication with US vendors and branch personal to solve shipment discrepancies
• Setting up of PARS shipments
• Solicitations for USMCA and Origin Certifications
• AES US export reporting

Requirements:

Department hours are 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday to Friday. Periodic shift change is required to cover the late shift.
