Job description

Be the Voice Behind Aircraft Returning to Service

Looking for more than a typical customer service role?

Join a growing aerospace organization where you’ll become the trusted point of contact for airlines, OEMs, and aviation customers worldwide. Working alongside Engineering, Production, Planning, and Quality, you’ll help ensure aircraft components move efficiently through repair and back into service.

This is not a call center position. It’s a dynamic, customer-focused role where every day brings new challenges, and every decision contributes to keeping aircraft flying safely.

Whether you’re an aerospace technician ready to transition into an office environment or a customer service professional with a technical mindset, this could be your next career move.

Why Join Us?

Be part of a fast-growing aerospace organization where your work has a direct impact. You’ll collaborate with experienced technical teams, build strong customer relationships, and gain exposure to the exciting world of aircraft maintenance, repair, and manufacturing.

We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive group benefits, an employer-supported retirement savings plan, professional development opportunities, free underground parking, employee referral bonuses, company social events, and real opportunities for career growth.

What You’ll Do

As the primary contact for your assigned customer accounts, you’ll coordinate the repair process from quotation through delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Quality, you’ll monitor repair progress, provide proactive customer updates, review quotations and repair orders, resolve issues, and build long‑term customer relationships through exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with both customers and technical teams, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities evolve.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Aerospace, Aviation Technology, Aircraft Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
  • Experience in aerospace MRO, manufacturing, technical support, customer service, planning, quality, or program management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer‑focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; ERP experience (Quantum is an asset).
  • Bilingual in French and English*.

*The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.

Experience working with aircraft components or within the aerospace industry is considered a strong asset.
