As the primary contact for your assigned customer accounts, you’ll coordinate the repair process from quotation through delivery. Working closely with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Quality, you’ll monitor repair progress, provide proactive customer updates, review quotations and repair orders, resolve issues, and build long‑term customer relationships through exceptional service.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with both customers and technical teams, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where priorities evolve.
*The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.
Experience working with aircraft components or within the aerospace industry is considered a strong asset.
