Job Description

The Customer Supply Chain Associate will collaborate with sales, logistics, plants, and production planners to manage orders and resolve issues. Responsibilities include working directly with customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

When you join us, you will:

  • Handle daily customer inquiries
  • Use multiple systems for order entry and verification
  • Manage orders, monitor shipping dates, and communicate updates
  • Track customer adherence to order rules
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with allocation planners
  • Develop strong customer relationships through phone and email communication
  • Collaborate across departments to facilitate smooth order processing
  • Prepare customer reports
  • Identify and escalate trends in inquiries or complaints
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles or SOPs
  • Analyze dashboards and drive action plans to meet customer-centric targets
  • Monitor late orders to meet departmental metrics
  • May require travel within North America

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years in a similar role managing orders and customer relationships
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain preferred
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Experience handling high volumes of emails and orders
  • Intermediate Excel skills and research abilities
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship skills
  • Ability to follow US Holiday Schedule
  • Experience with JDE and Power BI is a plus
  • Late shift (10:00 am - 6:30 pm) required
