Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Surrey, BC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to respond to inbound calls and proactively support customers. The role coordinates information within the Service Department and follows up to ensure satisfactory resolution, reporting to the Service Manager.

Wage is CAD 20.26 per hour plus bonuses. Responsibilities include outbound calls, order processing, maintaining logs, preparing packets, and supporting other service staff.

Qualifications

Excellence in telephone skills and customer service.
Ability to build relationships and handle multiple tasks.
Strong written and spoken English with good time management.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer service needs per policy and procedures.
Make outbound or respond to inbound calls, including upsell and follow-up on orders.
Coordinate information flow within Service Department; maintain logs and reports.
Build relationships, educate customers and resolve concerns with supervision.
Prepare welcome packets, renewals, service agreements and monthly/annual reports.
Monitor competitive activity and assist other service personnel.
