Alsco Uniforms in Surrey, BC is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to respond to inbound calls and proactively support customers. The role coordinates information within the Service Department and follows up to ensure satisfactory resolution, reporting to the Service Manager.
Wage is CAD 20.26 per hour plus bonuses. Responsibilities include outbound calls, order processing, maintaining logs, preparing packets, and supporting other service staff.
The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) drives customer loyalty through response to inbound customer calls and proactive outbound calls. The CSC coordinates the flow of information to and from the Service Department and follows up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution. Performs other duties as required and reports to the Service Manager. Wage $20.26/Hr + bonuses
