About the Role

We’re seeking a Customer Success Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You will serve as a bridge between advanced technology and the people in agriculture — working closely with dealers and farmers to promote adoption, training, and support for our conversational AI platform. You are tech-savvy, enjoy helping others succeed, and excel at translating software into simple, everyday tools for non-technical users. Familiarity with farm equipment and dealerships is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with users to drive adoption.

What You'll Do:

1. Support dealer and farmer users through training, support, and ensuring they realize value from our platform.
2. Assist users in adopting and expanding their use of our platform, integrating it into their operations.
3. Create release notes, video tutorials, and training content to enhance product utilization.
4. Deliver engaging product demos and onboarding sessions both in person and online.
5. Gather user feedback to inform product improvements and identify bugs.
6. Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to retain and grow key accounts.
7. Monitor usage metrics and develop strategies to deepen user engagement.

What You Bring:

1. Experience at a farm equipment dealership, agriculture software company, or in ag-tech sales/support.
2. Ability to relate to both dealers and farmers, understanding their daily realities.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills — clear, confident, and approachable.
4. Organized, proactive, with a passion for customer success.
5. Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for helping non-tech users become comfortable with it.
6. Experience leading content creation for tutorials, videos, or documentation, with support from marketing.
