About You And This Role

You're passionate about working closely with our clients to maximize the value they are getting out of PartnerStack. You're driven by understanding a client's business goals and digging deep into their solution and providing insight and recommendations to help them achieve success.

What You'll Do
  • Understand the client's business needs and goals
  • Provide strategic consultation on best practices
  • Facilitate product training on PartnerStack functionality
  • Monitor product adoption and engagement
  • Drive retention by demonstrating client successes and future opportunities
  • Identify risks to the client's business goals
  • Advocate for the client internally
  • Expand business by coaching clients on growth opportunities
  • Provide exceptional service that turns clients into advocates
You're a great candidate if...
  • Have 2+ years experience in customer success, customer experience or related roles
  • Understand SaaS business and industry trends
  • Enjoy building relationships and positive client experiences
  • Focus on providing value to clients
  • Approach problems creatively and solution-oriented
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn on the job
