About Wealthsimple For Business

Wealthsimple for Business (W4B) offers a modern group retirement savings plan that simplifies financial wellness benefits for companies and their employees. Built on our award-winning Invest platform, W4B provides a fully digital experience with low fees, inclusive options, and dedicated support. Our admin portal allows easy management of employees and plans.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to help us scale and grow this foundational part of our business.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Onboard new customers, working with Plan Sponsors and Admins to set up group accounts, support platform integrations, and manage organization and plans.
  • Drive adoption of W4B among employees by providing instructions and training on GRSPs, the plan, and financial wellness.
  • Manage the transfer of existing group plans to W4B.
  • Offer ongoing support and expertise on the platform, highlighting features and functionalities to meet customer needs.
  • Establish and monitor measurable goals for customer accounts.
  • Resolve bugs, issues, outages, and escalations by working cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Treasury, and Product.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to share best practices, optimizations, and account management tips.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Provides excellent customer relationships with problem-solving skills and deep empathy.
  • Adjusts communication and support for different audiences and needs.
  • Possesses superior time management, prioritization, and communication skills.
  • Is bilingual, fluent in both written and spoken French.
  • Has experience in the Group Retirement/Pension industry.
