About the Company

Exciting opportunities to join our remote team at Lux Sales Consulting. We're looking for A-players who are ready to take on a high-paced and intense sales environment. We'll discuss the must-haves for the role, the potential for high commissions, and the chance to work with financial advisors and insurance agents.

Responsibilities

  • People skills: You’ll be talking with people all day. Being a natural rapport builder is key (this DOESN’T mean you have to be an extrovert).
  • Integrity: Follow through with your commitments. Be honest with prospects. Enroll only clients who are a great fit.
  • Leadership: Always guide prospects to the best decision for them, even if outside their comfort zone. Take a stand for what’s best.
  • Hunger / Work ethic: This job pays well but requires effort. Be willing to put in hours to generate opportunities and close them. Be hungry.
  • Proactivity: Know why you're ahead or behind your projections. Adjust your behavior accordingly to achieve results.
  • Attention to detail: Keep your numbers and CRM activities up to date. While secondary to hitting your targets, this is still important.
  • High standards: Help prospects meet their highest standards and uphold our own standards.
  • Poise: Maintain calm during crucial conversations that can be life-changing. Help prospects make the best decisions calmly.
