Job summary

Shanto Dental Ceramics Ltd. in Canada is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator for a full-time maternity leave coverage position up to 18 months.

You will provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients, process orders in the ERP system, and coordinate production schedules to ensure timely delivery. You will handle shipping, invoicing, and AR tasks while maintaining accurate records and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent time management with a sense of urgency.
• 1–2 years logistics experience in a fast-paced setting (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders over phone, in person, and via email.
• Enter case orders into the ERP system with high accuracy.
• Coordinate and schedule case production to meet timelines.
• Shipping and receiving duties.
• Liaise with supervisor on clerical duties related to supply chain and operations, including invoicing and accounts receivable.

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity leave coverage position for up to 18 months. The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Building and managing relationships with customers; providing an excellent customer experience over the phone, in person, and via email. Entering case orders into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy. Coordinating and scheduling case production, ensuring schedules and timelines are met. Shipping and receiving related duties. Liaising with the Supervisor for other clerical duties related to supply chain and operations, including but not limited to invoice processing and accounts receivable.

• 1-2 years’ experience inlogisticsrole in a fast-paced environment desirable
