Job summary

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with bilingual proficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with empathy and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation, strong product adoption, and long-term engagement.
  • Primary day-to-day contact for clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback, document insights, and communicate with internal teams.
  • Identify growth and upselling opportunities and relay them to the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to strengthen retention across the customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, follow-ups, and leads in the CRM.
  • Support product demonstrations and presentations led by the business development team.
  • Research industry developments, events, and webinars to support engagement.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives across Canada and the US.

Accountabilities

Requirements
  • Post‑secondary degree or diploma with a strong understanding of technology.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in customer success, sales, business development, or another customer‑facing role; internships, co‑ops, and part‑time experience are considered relevant.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency.
  • Genuine interest in sales and business development, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities, with empathy and a customer‑focused approach.
  • Fast learner who is curious about technology and comfortable adapting to new information and situations.
