Job summary

goeasy is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist in British Columbia, offering friendly, face-to-face and remote-friendly service to customers at our retail locations. You will engage customers, assess needs, explain leasing and credit options, and connect them with the right financial and service products.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to meet targets and drive results.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts within store hours (10am-7pm Mon-Sat).
• Able to assist with moving and arranging merchandise (lift 50+ pounds).

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
• Meet with customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
• Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
• Complete deliveries to customer homes as needed to support retail operations.
• Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
• Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
• Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with showroom setup, pricing and promotion changes, and managing inventory.
