Your enthusiasm for cars and bikes and your knack for customer service are key to success in this role. Ideally, you’ll have some experience in fitting car parts and cycle repair, even as a hobby. We provide training to develop your skills, ensuring you deliver market-leading service standards.
In this role, you'll work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, assisting with a range of fitting services including car parts, technology, cycle building, and servicing. We will help you enhance your practical problem-solving skills and your ability to work efficiently. Retail experience is preferred, but if you can demonstrate experience in a customer-focused sales environment, we can support your development.
