Border Paving Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients from home. This full-time role involves handling client inquiries, explaining coverages, and using our Needs Analysis system to tailor policies.

You will interact with multiple clients daily, delivering outstanding service and knowledge. Join a team focused on quality service while working remotely from Canada.

Responsibilities

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
• Accept customer calls and return customer inquiries.
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
• 100% work from home.
• Paid weekly along with earned bonuses.
