Job summary

Royal LePage is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients. This full-time, remote role offers a base salary of CA$50,000 per year with weekly pay and bonus opportunities. You will work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge while learning about new products, services, and policies.

Trainings and lead generation will support your real estate career growth within a flexible home-based environment.

Qualifications

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
• Accept customer calls and return customer calls.
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
