Job summary

Spade Recruiting is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to assist clients in Fairview and surrounding rural communities. This role is part-time (20-40 hrs/week) and fully remote, with flexible scheduling to fit client needs.

You will handle benefit enrollment materials, answer calls, explain coverage options, and collaborate with management to stay current on products and policies. A patient, client-focused approach and strong communication are essential.
