• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
• Handle incoming customer service calls.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls.
• Accept customer calls and return customer inquiries.
• Respond to client requests for coverages.
• Create and explain policies using Needs Analysis system.
• Work with management teams on new products and services.
