Qualifications

What You Will Do:

The Customer Service Supervisor oversees daily customer service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing customer service functions such as order entry, problem resolution, and communication.
  2. Ensuring accurate and timely sales order processing and coordinating shipment schedules.
  3. Monitoring call quality and efficiency, providing training to enhance service levels.
  4. Maintaining database and website accuracy, including product pricing and promotions.
  5. Managing workload fluctuations and coordinating proactive customer communication.
  6. Handling ISO 9000 documentation and collaborating with internal/external departments.
  7. Performing additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  1. Leading daily team activities, setting priorities, and managing schedules.
  2. Contributing to resource planning, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  3. Assisting in hiring, budget planning, and expense control.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years customer service experience, including team leadership and resolving complex issues in a consumer products environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Expertise in handling escalated customer concerns and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database and website management.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
