Kleysen is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist for its Calgary office. The role involves managing customer relationships and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, and collaborating with internal teams. Ideal candidates will have robust customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with competitive salary and benefits offered.
We are currently seeking to fill a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist role in our Distribution Services business unit in Calgary, AB.
Reporting to the Manager, Customer Services, the Customer Service Specialist will work with their portfolio of customers and internal stakeholders to provide timely and efficient transload and transportation solutions. The CSS will coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with the railways and our Dispatch and Operations teams. The CSS will also leverage their relationship with our customers to identify new revenue opportunities and share those opportunities with our Supply Chain team.
This position will be working a Monday – Friday shift from 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm.
