This is an on-call/casual position (up to 40 hours per month)

Job Qualifications:
  • Provide high standards of service to customers in line with Skyservice's philosophy, ensuring efficient and courteous arrivals and departures;
  • Communicate via ground/air Unicoms and radios;
  • Maintain clear communication between line crew and concierge, and coordinate with courtesy van drivers;
  • Maintain, monitor, and update relevant systems (location-dependent);
  • Bill and update the landing fee system (Toronto only);
  • Coordinate fueling, catering, car rental, hotel bookings, and reservations;
  • Answer general phone lines and direct calls appropriately;
  • Keep all areas of the FBO clean and well-stocked with coffee, condiments, and snacks;
  • Take customer and flight crew orders, promote services, respond to inquiries and emergencies, investigate complaints, and update accounts;
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum two years of experience in a customer service environment;
  • Courteous, discreet, efficient, and professional service delivery;
  • Knowledge of the NATO phonetic alphabet;
  • Proactive with a strong understanding of customer needs;
  • Excellent organizational skills and resourcefulness;
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and statutory holidays.
Education:
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
