Fraserway RV in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for seasonal, full-time work at Four Seasons North Parallel location. You will greet customers, provide RV rental information, resolve issues, and guide customers through pickup/drop-off paperwork while demonstrating RV features.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meeting & Greeting customers
• Providing RV Rental information
• Resolving any potential client issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Walking customers through paperwork at pick up and drop off
• Demonstrating features of the RV (Truck Camper & Motorhomes) at pick up
• Checking in returning RVs, handling and solving customer complaints in a friendly manner

Compensation ranges between $19 and $22 per hour, based on customer service experience.
