Job summary

Fraserway RV is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Bedford, NS Rentals team. This full-time, seasonal role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 and the chance to join Canada's largest RV company.

You will greet customers, provide rental information, help with paperwork at pickup and drop-off, demonstrate RV features, and support other departments as needed. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and possess strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Meeting & Greeting customers
• Providing RV Rental information
• Resolving any potential client issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Walking customers through paperwork at pick up and drop off
• Demonstrating features of the RV (Truck Camper & Motorhomes) at pick up
• Checking in returning RVs, handling and solving customer complaints in a friendly manner
• Helping out other departments as needed

Compensation $18per hour, based on customer service experience.
