Global Excel Management Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide travel-related emergency assistance and claim support. The role involves assisting people worldwide, explaining policy benefits, and coordinating with healthcare providers.

You will handle initial claims, pre-approve tests, and document interactions to maintain a superior level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, telecommunications and/or claims assistance.
• Bilingual English and French; additional language is a plus.
• Customer service oriented and professional.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for patient, family, and medical facilities regarding policy benefits and coverage.
• Open initial claim and refer to suitable healthcare providers.
• Pre-approve medical tests and inform customers about products and services.
• Record interactions in the claims system and ensure high levels of service.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Assistance Services $22.56/h

Are you a people person with a knack for providing excellent customer service? Are you interested in working in a multilingual and friendly environment that encourages personal and professional development? We would love to meet you!

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be providing assistance to people from all around the world during travel-related medical and non-medical emergencies, and making a difference in their lives.

What does your typical day look like?

• Act as a resource person for the patient, family members and medical facilities regarding policy benefits and coverage information;
• Open the initial claim and refer the person to the most suitable healthcare providers;
• Pre-approve medical tests and provide pertinent information to the customer on the products and services administered by the insurance company, and coordinate follow-up actions;
• Record the interactions and transactions in the claims system and ensure a superior level of customer service.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• College diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, telecommunications and/or claims assistance
• Bilingual both verbally and in writing (English and French) another language will be considered an asset (the use of English is necessary to answer a large number of calls in English)
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work with people in a fast-paced, team environment
• Good communication skills and highly professional
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet etc.)
