Motion Industries in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to accurately fulfill customer orders and manage inbound calls. The role requires close supervision and a focus on reliability, organization, and clear communication with customers.
You will respond to product inquiries, provide quotes, and enter orders via phone, email, or walk‑in, while coordinating shipping and inventory to support account representatives and maintain service levels.
Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls.
Typically requires a high school diploma or GED and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
Reliability, organization, and attention to detail required. Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening. Ability to multi-task and time management skills required. Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business systems and searching capabilities to find products on the internet. Product knowledge is preferred.
$23.61 - $30.40 (hourly) Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Motion, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
