Job summary

OSI Systems, through its OSI Electronics division in Ontario, is seeking a Customer Service representative to interact with customers, Sales Managers and internal departments to handle pre-sales and post-sales activities, including order processing and inquiries.

Shift hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities include providing service via phone and email, entering POs into Dynamics ERP, tracking orders, handling RMAs, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary is a plus.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers in designated territory via phone and email; trouble-shooting/researching issues and working with the Sales Managers as needed.
• Process orders by entering customer POs into the Dynamics ERP system, and providing customer with confirmation and tracking details, as well as invoice if necessary.
• Provide customers with updated backlog of open orders for shipment schedule.
• Answer incoming calls to Customer Service Main line to assist customers with requests for pricing, availability, order placement, or any other issues related to existing or future orders, as well as incoming fax verification daily.
• Process customer return requests in ERP system, provide customer with RMA number, and process replacement order. Responsible for follow up on return orders with customer until closure of return.

PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a Customer Service representative who interacts directly with customers, Sales Managers, and internal departments via telephone or electronically, to handle a variety of pre-sales and/or post-sales functions. Promptly processes orders, returns, and assists customers with any inquiries or other needs related to existing or future orders.

Shift hours are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM***

Pay may range from $23.00 to $25.00 hourly
