Role Description

The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Red Deer, AB. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and availability. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders, returns, and exchanges, coordinating with warehouse and sales teams, and ensuring timely and complete deliveries. The role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving service concerns, and following up proactively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Representative also supports showroom and trade counter activities, maintains organized records, and contributes to a professional and welcoming environment aligned with ROBINSON’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a commitment to building positive relationships.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Service Representatives or Customer Support positions, ideally in retail, wholesale, or construction-related industries.
• Ability to support and enhance Customer Satisfaction through active listening, problem-solving, and clear, respectful communication.
• Comfort working with basic computer systems and order-entry software; ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an asset.
