Experienced Auto Paint Technician

We’re looking for an Experienced Auto Paint Technician who brings craftsmanship, efficiency, and a commitment to high-quality results. If you're ready for strong production volume, top-tier earning potential, and a supportive, high-performance environment, we’d like to meet you.

Our pay model is designed for high performers:

• Earn up to $190,000+ annually through flat rate + production bonuses
• 26 flat rate to start, with the ability to reach up to 32 flat rate at top production levels
• Bi‑weekly performance bonuses for surpassing production hour thresholds
• Experienced paint technicians regularly bill 480+ hours per month

Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m or a similar time
• Flexible scheduling options available (afternoons, nights, weekends)
