Job summary

Kirmac in Coquitlam, BC is seeking a Customer Service Representative who excels at helping customers and keeping operations organized. You’ll greet clients in person and over the phone, guide them through the repair journey, and ensure a thoughtful, professional experience.

The role combines customer interaction with administrative tasks—submitting ICBC forms, scheduling appointments, generating repair orders, coordinating with vendors, and keeping invoices and paperwork accurate.
