Your role at a glance:

You will own the customer experience, ensuring a positive impact on their day, in a role that combines administrative duties and public interaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing administrative tasks to ensure smooth Service Centre operations.
• Adding value to the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve store performance.
• Collaborating with insurance partners to maximize customer value.
• Delighting customers by assisting with vehicle interior cleaning, window cleaning, and minor windshield repairs (tools provided).
• Shuttling vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Who you are:

• You enjoy building relationships with customers and teammates.
• You have experience in retail, hospitality, or tourism helping people.
• No formal education is required; we provide on-the-job training.
• You possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can work at different Belron Canada locations within your area.

Pay range: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour

Pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits and pension are available upon hire, with a matching option after 3 months.
