Job summary

GoodLife Fitness in Saskatoon is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to welcome Members, check them in for workouts and direct walk-ins. You will handle calls, assist on the floor with FitFix and Cardio machines, and share in-depth knowledge of memberships and club services to support a positive experience.

CPR-A & AED certification is required; Smart Tan within 3 months. Strong communication and computer skills are essential, with a base wage of CAD 16.70/hr and potential

Qualifications

• CPR-A & AED certification required.
• Smart Tan certification within 3 months of employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to diverse people.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members and guests warmly; check in members for workouts.
• Direct walk-ins and schedule appointments; answer incoming calls promptly.
• Assist Members on the floor with FitFix and Cardio machines.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of memberships and club services to upsell offerings.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; participate in monthly meetings and training.
