Position Summary...

Working as a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. A Customer Service Manager coordinates front end operations to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and customer loyalty. This role is also accountable for maintaining compliance with company programs and operational standards. What you'll do...
  1. Ensure safe work processes and emergency procedures are followed, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness, evacuations, register down times, emergency codes, and theft prevention.
  2. Handle customer and Associate concerns and provide guidance as required.
  3. Monitor all Front End associates to ensure proper coverage, coordinate breaks, and assist with outlying registers.
  4. Provide training to Associates on systems and Company procedures, such as scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, discounts, EAS system, and safety.
  5. Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error correction, provide approvals, and verify processes to meet Company guidelines.
  6. Ensure all EAS systems are functioning properly, including cashier deactivation, greeter issue handling, and logging failures.
  7. Prepare registers for opening and closing daily, support cashiers by providing change, maintain front end cash levels, and complete register audits for accuracy.
  8. Promote and oversee all company-sponsored programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
