Job summary

Teledyne Digital Imaging seeks a seasoned Customer Service Manager to oversee an international team across Canada, Japan, and Germany within the MVC Group. You will manage order entry, RMAs, new customer setup, and trade compliance while supporting the sales team and customers with timely updates.

The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and Planning and is a 14-month contract offering competitive compensation, health benefits, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Customer Service or similar team management experience in a technology manufacturing space preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) focusing on sales orders and RMAs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage an international team of Customer Service Representatives in Canada, Japan, and Germany across multiple divisions.
  • Oversee order acceptance, entry, RMAs, and new customer setup including trade screening.
  • Communicate schedule changes and order updates to sales teams and customers; assist with non-technical inquiries.
