You’ll join CIBC’s Client Account Management (Collections) Department as a Credit Counsellor, making a real difference for our clients. You’ll connect with clients via outgoing and incoming calls, discussing repayment options to resolve outstanding debts. You'll ensure clients understand their contractual obligations and help prevent further delinquencies.
The Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. You must be flexible to work within these hours, including evenings and weekends.
The start date is July 7, 2025, and this is a full-time permanent position.
Details on work arrangements (on-site and remote) will be discussed during your interview. CIBC offers an Agent@Home remote work program, with requirements including a secure workspace, wired internet with minimum speeds of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, and the ability to attend the primary location within two hours upon request.
