Customer Service Coordinator (Part Time)

Woodward Meat Purveyors is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team!

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for working at our retail counter, serving customers, and answering phones.

This position will be Thursday, Friday from 9-5 and Saturdays from 6:30am - 1:30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling customer calls and fielding questions.
  • Greeting customers in our retail area and assisting them with purchases.
  • Processing payments (EFT, credit, cheque, online, and cash).
  • Working directly with other employees to ensure customer orders are being distributed in a timely manner.
  • Responding to emails related to orders or product questions.
  • Resolving customer issues or escalating as appropriate.

SKILLS

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and be resourceful in solving issues.
  • Knowledge of internal systems.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in a Meat Processing facility is preferred.
  • Retail experience is preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience.
