Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, manage sales transactions at the register, and help maintain store security and presentation.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, strong communication, and reliability. You will help stock merchandise, unload trucks, clean and restock facilities, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
