Job summary

dollartree in Canada is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers with questions, handle transactions at the register, and maintain store safety.

You will stock merchandise, unload shipments, keep areas clean, and provide friendly, professional service to customers and colleagues. This role supports a positive shopping experience and requires ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
