Job summary

Dollar Tree in Kamloops is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. You should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
