Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience at our Courtice, Ontario store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock and maintain a clean, safe store environment, and support unloading and stocking inventories.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, and a commitment to a respectful, team-oriented workplace. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

The starting pay for this position is $17.60 per hour.
