Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, prior customer service experience, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You’ll work to ensure safety, help unload trucks, stock shelves, and provide friendly service across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

The starting pay for this position is $17.60 per hour.
