Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Belleville, Ontario to create a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the cash register, stock shelves, unload merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills plus the ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. This is a part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

The starting pay for this position is $17.60 per hour.
