Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada in Niagara Falls is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and help keep the store clean and organized.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and this is a part-time position with energetic team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

The starting pay for this position is $17.60 per hour.
