Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate in Surrey, BC to create a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions on the register, stock shelves, replenish merchandise, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with physical duties including lifting 30–50 lbs. Retail experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is recommended.

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store is highly preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and manage cash securely.
• Stock replenishment and stockroom organization; unload trucks when needed.
