Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate I at our Victoria, BC store. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and help maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked shopping environment.

You will engage with customers, follow store procedures, and support leadership with daily tasks such as unloading merchandise and restocking as needed. This role requires good communication and physical ability to lift and move supplies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking and standing.
