Job summary

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a temporary period of up to four months on our local Co-op Marketing team. The role supports the successful delivery of weekly marketing programs and offers a remote or hybrid working arrangement with the successful candidate based in Saskatoon, SK.

You will handle high-volume order entry and data maintenance, coordinate print production and distribution, and assist with marketing inquiries.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in customer service, print, logistics, or distribution analysis is an asset.
• One-year office administration certificate (or combination of education and experience).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume order entry and data maintenance to support accurate flyer delivery.
• Coordinate print production, scheduling, and distribution to deliver weekly flyers on time.
• Support local Co-op marketing inquiries and resolve issues related to flyer distribution.

If you're highly detail-oriented, patient, and take pride in getting things right, you'll make an impact supporting the successful delivery of weekly marketing programs.

This position can be a remote or hybrid opportunity, with the successful candidate based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you’ll do:

• Perform high-volume order entry and data maintenance for local Co-ops to support accurate and timely flyer delivery.
• Coordinate print production, scheduling, and distribution to deliver weekly flyers on time.
• Support local Co-op marketing inquiries and resolve issues related to flyer distribution.
• Manage work orders, purchase orders, dockets, and production tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in customer service or administration and:

• Have three years of related experience (experience in print, logistics, or distribution analysis is considered an asset).

• Are proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
