Job summary

Dollar Tree Canada is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, handle sales at the cash register, maintain store cleanliness, stock replenishment, and receive merchandise. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. This is a part-time position at our Renfrew, Ontario location with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

The starting pay for this position is $17.60 per hour.
