Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Leeds

Hourly Rate: £13

Vita Student offers next-level apartment designs with a variety of studios to suit students' lifestyles, providing privacy or community as desired. We focus on style, luxury, and comfort, complemented by premium amenities and vibrant city life. We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our students.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional and personalized service to students, anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
  2. Offer local attraction information and handle inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
  3. Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at front of house/reception.
  4. Assist with questions and ensure respectful use of facilities.
  5. Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas to high standards.
  6. Address issues proactively and deliver solutions.
  7. Conduct regular building surveys and report findings.
  8. Replenish refreshments and manage parcel storage for residents.
  9. Act as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
  10. Manage waste areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience in delivering premium customer service.
  • Hands-on approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
  • Technologically proficient with relevant systems and software.
Personal Characteristics
  • Culturally aware and committed to diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, adaptable, positive, and resilient.
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Flexible availability to work 24/7, including holidays and special occasions.
