We are looking for a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator who will focus on creating, processing, and fulfilling orders daily. The team member will greet customers, answer phones, compile orders, order products, review outstanding orders, and contact clients when their products are ready for pickup.

To succeed, you should have a drive to deliver excellent customer service and support the sales team in achieving their daily, weekly, and monthly goals. What does your day look like?

1. Greet customers and answer the phone to enhance the customer experience.
2. Input purchase orders from clients and support the store as needed.
3. Order products with ample lead time to meet sales and project deadlines.
4. Assist the sales team by providing necessary information to finalize orders.
5. Notify customers when their products arrive and are ready for pickup.
6. Process credit card payments and record transactions.
