Euro Architectural Components, the largest railing and fencing component supplier in Canada and a division of Richelieu Hardware, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent - Industrial to join our team at the Woodbridge, Ontario warehouse and showroom counter. You will handle calls, emails and walk-in orders, check stock levels, coordinate deliveries and prepare order documentation.

• Must be fluent and well-spoken in English; French is an asset.
• Experience working in a B2B environment in a customer service or sales role.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence, and comfort with both telephone and in-person contacts.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsabilités

• Receive calls, emails and walk-in orders from customers.
• Enter customer orders and coordinate based on product availability.
• Check stock levels, shipping dates, and back-ordered items; inform customers as needed.
• Confirm delivery site address and any transport details.
• Organize and process customer payments.
• Track and resolve order or delivery issues or escalate per policy.
• Assist customers at pick-up when needed.
• Prepare documentation for processing orders.
• Promote products through phone and email as knowledge grows.
• Process product returns and credits as necessary.
• Perform daily administrative tasks including filing and answering calls.
• Carry out other tasks requiring product knowledge.

Euro Architectural Components is looking for an experienced Customer service Agent - Industrial to join our team at our warehouse service counter and showroom counter. Euro Architectural Component, is the largest railing and fencing component supplier in Canada and a specialized division of Richelieu Hardware located in Woodbridge, Ontario.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to

• Receive calls, emails and walk-in orders and requests from customers
• Receive and enter customer orders; coordinate based on product availability
• Check stock levels, shipping and delivery dates, monitor back‑ordered items; communicate with customers and keep them informed when necessary
• Confirm delivery site address and any additional transport or delivery information
• Organize and process customer payments
• Track and handle order and delivery issues to resolve them or escalated according to company policy
• Assist customers, when they come to pick up their orders
• Prepare the documentation required for processing customer orders
• As product knowledge increases, communicate with customers by phone and email to promote our products
• Receive and process product returns and credits as necessary
• Perform daily administrative tasks, including filing and answering phone calls when needed
• Carry out other assigned tasks requiring in‑depth knowledge of products and procedures, when necessary

Requirements :

• Must be fluent and well‑spoken in the English language; French is an asset
