Job summary

Assured Automotive, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to deliver an exceptional customer experience and handle essential administrative duties in a fast-paced collision repair setting.

You will greet customers, coordinate rental vehicles and towing, and communicate updates to customers and insurers while supporting accounts receivable and KPI achievement. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently.
• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a positive energy.
• Manage confirmation and reservation of rental vehicles and towing requests.
• Provide updates to customers and insurance claims personnel as needed.
• Coordinate towing arrangements and cost estimates against the Repair Order.
• Reconcile Repair Orders before closing and assist with AR tasks.
