Assured Automotive in Vaughan, Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience in person, by phone and by email. You will support repairs, coordinate with insurance partners, and help keep the shop running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year of automotive customer service experience, and strong skills in communication, multitasking, and office software.
